Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate only by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.  Do to the nature of our mobile clinic, we may find ourselves running a bit early or a bit late depending on traffic. Please be patient with us. If we find we are more than 10 minutes off of your scheduled time, we will call you to let you know and be sure that it is still OK to come.  Please be sure to be at your home at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in case we need help locating you.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your pet's safety, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Please be sure to have your pet confined prior to our arrival at your house. Dogs should be inside or in a fenced yard. Cats should be in a carrier or confined to a small room such as a bathroom or kitchen. In order for us to stay on schedule, we must be able to work with your pet right away when we arrive. We will not have time to chase him or her down in a field or from under the bed.  If you have trouble getting your cat into a carrier just confine him or her to a bathroom and our staff will be able to place her or him into a carrier so that we can safely enter the mobile clinic.

Other than for rabies vaccines, for the health of your pet we do require an examination prior to administration of vaccines.  We will also need to see your pet before we can prescribe any medications.  This is necessary so that we can be sure that the treatments will be safe and effective for your pet.  In regard to prescription medications it is federal law that Dr. Crovo have a valid veterinary patient relationship with your pet prior to dispensing or prescribing medications.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.  If you are experiencing a temporary financial crunch, you may consider applying for Care Credit.  Ask our friendly staff for an application. or apply online at www.carecredit.com  This card allows qualified applicants 6 months to pay interest free.
